All orders are processed after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is being or has been shipped. Orders are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or shipping service provider problems that are outside of Dibeen’s control.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Amman — 1 to 3 business days, 3 JD
- Madaba, Zarqa, Jerash, Irbid, Ajloun, Aqaba — 1 to 3 business days, 4 JD
International shipping
We offer international shipping. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dibeen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which includes the order number you can use to check its status, by phone on +962 77 535 5555 or by email at contact@dibeen.com. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated window after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@dibeen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dibeen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

تُعالج جميع الطلبات بعد استلام تأكيد الطلب، وسيصلك إشعار آخر عند شحن طلبك. وقد تتأخر الطلبات أحيانًا بسبب كثرة الطلبات أو بسبب مشكلات لدى شركة الشحن خارجة عن سيطرة دبّين.
التوصيل داخل الأردن
- عمّان — خلال ١ إلى ٣ أيام عمل، ٣ دنانير
- مادبا، الزرقاء، جرش، إربد، عجلون، العقبة — خلال ١ إلى ٣ أيام عمل، ٤ دنانير
الشحن الدولي
نوفّر الشحن الدولي، وتُحتسب رسومه وتُعرض عند إتمام الطلب. وقد يخضع طلبك لرسوم جمركية وضرائب استيراد (بما فيها ضريبة القيمة المضافة) تُفرض عند وصول الشحنة إلى بلد الوجهة، وهي على مسؤولية العميل ولا تتحمّلها دبّين.

عند شحن طلبك سيصلك بريد إلكتروني يتضمّن رقم الطلب الذي يمكنك استخدامه للاستعلام عن حالته، بالاتصال على +962 77 535 5555 أو بمراسلتنا على contact@dibeen.com. يُرجى إتاحة ٤٨ ساعة حتى تتوفر معلومات التتبع.
