We accept returns up to 7 to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We refund the full order minus the return shipping costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please order at least 1 to 2 days ahead and tell us the day and time you need the order for — add it as a note with your order, or send it to us on WhatsApp at +962 77 535 5555. Some dishes are ready within two hours; others, such as Makmoura, are prepared to order.

Yes. The family trays run to a weekly rhythm: Maqloubeh on Sundays and Tuesdays, Warak & Koosa and Freekeh on Mondays and Wednesdays, Malfoof on Thursdays, and Sayadeyeh and Musakhan on Saturdays.

Farm Products
Dibeen began as a 40-year-old family farm in Jerash-Dibeen. It introduced free-range eggs, rainfed olive oil, organic honey, handmade cheeses and traditional laurel soap — pure, thoughtfully sourced products produced alongside local farmers.

Our eggs come from chickens raised outdoors in nature, eating greens, garlic and vinegar for stronger immunity. They are richer in vitamin D and omega fatty acids, and lower in cholesterol.

Returns & Refunds

Perishable goods cannot be returned — cooked meals, raw meats, vegetables, fruit and flowers. Neither can intimate or sanitary goods such as soaps and lotions, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or some health and personal care items. Sale items are not refundable.
لا تُقبل إعادة المواد القابلة للتلف — الوجبات المطبوخة واللحوم النيئة والخضار والفواكه والزهور. وكذلك المنتجات الشخصية أو الصحية مثل الصابون والمستحضرات، والمواد الخطرة أو السوائل والغازات القابلة للاشتعال، وبعض منتجات العناية الشخصية. كما أن المنتجات المخفّضة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
Once your return is received and inspected we email you to confirm we have it, and to tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error or a defective product. If a refund has not arrived, check your bank account first, then your card issuer, then your bank — there is often processing time before it posts. If it still has not appeared, contact us at contact@dibeen.com.
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه نرسل لك بريداً إلكترونياً لتأكيد الاستلام وإعلامك بالموافقة على الاسترداد أو رفضه. في حال الموافقة يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال وجود خطأ أو عيب في المنتج. وإذا لم يصلك المبلغ، راجع حسابك البنكي أولاً ثم شركة البطاقة ثم البنك، فغالباً ما تستغرق العملية بعض الوقت. وإن لم يصل بعد ذلك، تواصل معنا على contact@dibeen.com.
