Customers may request to return products within 7 to 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items — such as perishable goods, customized products, or digital services — may not be eligible for return. Perishable goods include cooked meals, raw meats, vegetables, fruit and flowers. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods such as soaps and lotions, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

يمكن للعملاء طلب إرجاع المنتجات خلال ٧ إلى ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية وبالتغليف الأصلي.
بعض المنتجات (مثل المواد القابلة للتلف أو المنتجات المخصصة أو الخدمات الرقمية) قد لا تكون قابلة للإرجاع. وتشمل المواد القابلة للتلف الوجبات المطبوخة واللحوم النيئة والخضار والفواكه والزهور. كما لا نقبل المنتجات الشخصية أو الصحية مثل الصابون والمستحضرات، أو المواد الخطرة، أو السوائل والغازات القابلة للاشتعال.
يتحمّل العميل تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع ما لم يكن السبب خطأ أو عيبًا من طرفنا. ولإتمام الإرجاع نحتاج إلى إيصال أو إثبات شراء.
تُسترد قيمة المنتجات ذات السعر العادي فقط، أما المنتجات المخفّضة فغير قابلة للاسترداد.
